CHURCH SOCIETY

Church Society was originally founded by the famous 19th century social reformer Anthony Ashley Cooper, the Earl of Shaftesbury.

Church Society was appointed patron of Christ Church by the Mulvany Family who were the founders of the chaplaincy in 1900 and benefactors of the first church building.
